I stay here when I visit San Francisco. Exclusively. Unfortunately this trip the room was up to par, but I didn’t have a working TV. After multiple visits from maintenance and engineers they failed to get it working. (Rm 171). I will give them credit for trying. Thank goodness I had my laptop and the wifi in the hotel is top notch. So I wasn’t blind to the need or the going’s on in San Francisco. Kudos to the staff.
Conveniently located at SFO with shuttle service. There's a satillite Starbucks in the lobby, but its not open for many hours between breakfast and 5:00pm The rates are reasonable, the rooms are modern and clean, and there's plenty of parking on site. Nothing amazing but an overall solid airport hotel and I'd stay there again if I need a room close to SFO.
I missed a connecting flight so I ended up staying here. The Hotel was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was a short drive to the airport, so it was convenient.
Third trip in the last two years to this property . The first two stays were great Friendly staff But this time around airport shuttle took close to an hour to arrive If you like the sound of airplanes at night ask for the aircraft sound room as we got it ..meaning the sound of planes kept us up at night . Front desk staff was unable to print a document for me not sure why .?request that have been met in many hotels I have stayed in .
Great hotel! My family and I slept wonderfully. The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows offered great comfort.

Stopped here on the way put of town. Conveniently located to the airport. Rooms quote spacious. They have a bistro that was available until 9pm which was very convenient for a late night snack. Would visit again.
